WHAT CONSISTENT REVIEWS CAN SUPPORT
Step 1 of 4: a warm request
01 / WHY REVIEWS MATTER
Reviews from real students help newcomers decide whether to join your studio. Details about patient instructors, clear guidance and a friendly atmosphere make the experience easier to picture.
Your responses matter, too. A personal thank-you shows you value your students. A calm reply to a concern shows how you handle problems. Together, those experiences and responses give someone comparing studios more confidence to book.
Reviews are an important lever for local visibility. More reviews and positive ratings can help a business appear higher in Google’s local results. Recent feedback gives people a current picture of your studio, while a strong review count can signal trust to someone comparing options.
What Google saysOnline reviews can help businesses show up in AI search. They give search tools customer-written information about a business’s real-world activity, reputation and services. Google’s Ask Maps, for example, uses community reviews alongside place information to answer questions and recommend places. [1]
02 / TIPS & TRICKS
The rules we follow to make every request and reply thoughtful, personal and consistent.
Mention what the student shared. A specific, warm reply shows you’re listening and feels more meaningful than a copied response.
Stay calm, acknowledge the concern and offer to talk privately. Negative or unclear feedback always gets human attention before a reply is posted.
Keep up with your replies. Thank students for their feedback and respond thoughtfully to concerns, so people can see you’re listening.
Make leaving a review simple. Send students a short text with the right review link at the right time, while their class experience is still fresh.
Google prohibits selectively requesting positive reviews. We respond to concerns with care instead of filtering them out.
We never send only happy students to Google while steering unhappy students to a private form. Every eligible student gets the same chance to share honest feedback.

Reply ($99/month) helps you keep up with incoming Google reviews through personalized replies and monthly reporting. Request & Reply ($199/month) also includes review requests after eligible visits, up to one reminder and a supported booking-system integration.
We check your platform and the visit information it can share before confirming an integration. On your call, we’ll agree on a supported way to trigger requests and explain what setup involves.
The request timing and eligibility rules are agreed with your studio during setup. Duplicate prevention helps avoid repeated requests, and students can opt out of messages.
Negative or unclear reviews go to you for human attention before a response is posted. Routine positive reviews receive an automated, personalized reply. You stay in control of sensitive situations.
No. Every eligible student gets the same opportunity to share honest feedback. We don’t filter students by satisfaction or send unhappy students away from Google.
You’ll see new reviews compared with the previous month, rating trends, reply coverage and feedback that still needs attention. Request & Reply also includes request activity.
